Our company takes care of the health, growth and development of children from the youngest age.
The Association for Early Stimulation, Development and Play in Children "Kreativa Istok", takes care for children with special needs and developmental disorders through individual work with children, based on a special education and rehabilitation assessment, through assessment tools.
Throughout the year, Makstil provided support to two children with autism spectrum disorder, whose mother lost her job due to the crisis, whose progress would be monitored for twelve months.
In this way we reaffirm our commitment to supporting the youngest members of our community and helping them to better integrate  into society.

On the World blood donor day, Makstil organized a voluntary blood donation action in collaboration with the Gazi Baba municipality unit Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia for its employees at the company premises.
With this humanitarian act, 52 blood units have been collected that would help patients suffering from life-threatening conditions.
 

As a patron of the PHI, the University Clinic for Children's Diseases, Makstil together with its volunteers and business associates provided a complete renovation of the Oncology department. This department got a completely new and modern look, that meets the highest medical standards and fulfils all requirements to become a regional center that could provide treatment for the children with malignant diseases.  
The donation is worth 16 million denars and represents the largest donation in healthcare so far in the public health care system.
 

Our company began supporting the Neptun Swimming Club, with the goal of supporting swimming as a sport, through which we act on the prevention of potential health problems for young people. The swimming club puts the emphasis on the youngest population - children in order to help them having a healthy lifestyle.

Makstil provided the means for the construction of the first multifunctional park with a children's playground and workout equipment in the municipality of Gazi Baba. On an area of 2000 square meters, the company helped create a modern and urban space for socializing and recreation. With the donation, the procurement and installation of children's playground, fitness equipment, which are placed on a tartan surface, the landscaping of the area and the lawn around the park with greenery, deciduous trees, an automatic irrigation system and a protective fence around the park were installed.

The new multifunctional park is located in the neighborhood of Hipodrom/Madzari will be an open public space for all citizens.
 

As a patron of the Department of Neonatology at the University Clinic for Children's Diseases in Skopje, Makstil together with the volunteers from the company completely helped in the renovation and procurement of the necessary equipment, accessories and appliances. The donation is worth 35 thousand euros, and the renovation included construction activities and complete reconstruction of a space of 400 square meters, including procurement of phototherapy equipment, which gives a completely new look to the department, and the equipment will provide better functioning of the department which is the only one of its kind in the whole country.

Makstil donated a wooden gazebo to the Municipality of Gazi Baba. This urban corner will contribute to a daily gathering and relaxation in the neighborhood.
This donation aims to restore and nurture the neighborhood life in the municipality, uniting the citizens and enabling all generations to enjoy the beauties of the park forest Gazi Baba.
The wooden gazebo has 4 larger benches and two tables and is located on st. "Dusan Taskovic"

The donation of the wooden gazebo is only part of the many activities realized by Makstil as a socially responsible company.

Every child deserves equal educational opportunities as well as a joyful childhood.
Makstil supported the Non-Governmental Organization SOS Children's village with a donation that we hope will help them to better shape their future. We are happy to be part of the smile of every children’s face.
 

Makstil, as a socially responsible company, constantly takes part in various initiatives to help vulnerable social groups, hospitals, schools, ie wherever there is a need for help and donation. This time our positive practice donated food and drinks to 20 families with children with special needs, students in the primary school "Dr. Zlatan Sremec".
Each family received packages, which they desperately need in these difficult days.
The smile on the children's faces is the most beautiful gift for every parent, and we hope that we managed to contribute to many children's smiles.

Makstil donated 200 meals to vulnerable families and citizens. The preparation and delivery followed all measures and recommendations of the Government, and with the help of volunteers who wore protective equipment, meals were distributed to all individuals separately, without group gatherings.

We would like to thank “Retweet a meal” and “Real acts of kindness”, who selflessly help these social groups, and we as a socially responsible company will continue to support these and all other initiatives which provide help where it is needed the most. 
 

The new children's room will contribute to raising the quality of service for the youngest patients. New beds, bathroom with toilet and kitchen and part of the donation. 
Helping and supporting the community, especially the youngest population, is extremely important. Makstil as a socially responsible company is constantly involved in projects at a local and state level, especially for assistance in the field of social and health care.
